I dropped my external hard drive, shattering it along with all the amazing footage from Day 17 through 24. It was a heartbreaking loss, a reminder of the fragility of technology.

Venturing from the untamed banks of a pristine river, I begin my big trek deep into thick woods and along the most beautiful pathways. Each sunrise brings outback challenges and unbelievable dreams coming true, from catching small trout in a tiny creek to witnessing the vast expanse. The experience of lake fishing and camping in such a high altitude paradise is truly epic.

Every camp, from open meadows to the hidden alpine lakes, offers a unique familiarity. You'll see me casting for cutthroat, brookies, and even splake in some of the prettiest waters. My fisherman’s ultra life is filled with the thrill of hooking giant hungry salmonidae, sometimes with bank dipping techniques and other times by spinning in a stream.

One of the biggest hikes of this quest involves climbing a pass, capturing top notch footage of the breathtaking tarns and landscapes. Along the pursuit, I encounter a moose, deer, and bear scats, reminding me that I am never alone in the wild. The forest and crazy steep mountains are a challenge, but the reward is worth every step.

Angling, I land monster fish, including some huge brook. Each successful netting is a personal record best in these far reaches, adding to the rich history of my outdoor trip. Despite the extreme weather, with rain and storms making survival tough, I press on, driven by my dream of exploring the secret and untouched places.

You'll see insane sportfishing action, with secrets revealed as I explore this fishery. The freshwater catches are spectacular, and each period is a new chapter in this mystery shrouded venture.

Throughout the exploration, you'll witness my catch & cook meals. Cooking over a campfire and deep frying in a Jet Boil stove, I relish the taste of a fresh swimmer after a long hike. These overnight campsites become a cozy haven, where the simple joy of a well-earned meal under the stars adds to the charm of the practice.
