Family says final goodbye to 10-year-old daughter days after car crash
On August 10, Francine Salazar was pronounced brain dead, just three days after her family's car was hit by a driver in Tulare Co. Her parents made the decision to donate her organs, which saved the lives of 6 people and healed up to 75 others.
