Replacing gas struts and Installing Light Savers II on my Porsche 996 turbo

The mounting points for the rear lights on my Porsche were cracked and could potentially fail. My initial plan was to fix them with plastic welding, but so much plastic was missing and they looked so brittle that I ended up getting the Light Savers II in metal. I also got gas struts for the front hood so it wouldn't sag and hit my head while loading in and out of the trunk. Here I'll show you the installation process and walk through these quick and easy upgrades.
