CHOCOTORTA CAKE (Recetas Argentinas| Gaby's Kitchen 💚

Hi Everyone! I am back, and this time, I will show you how I make “Chocotorta”! Chocotorta is the most famous dessert in Argentina. The name means Chocolate Cake. This year, I found out that the idea of creating a Chocotorta was coined by a woman named Marité Mabragaña in 1982 while working on a TV ad campaign for the cookies and the cheese that made this sweet treat so famous! There are different versions, some fancier and more decadent, and some probably even more straightforward than mine; I hope you like it and replicate this at home!
