180 Project works with those that are stuck in negative life cycles. Many want to change but don’t know how. Through fitness and community we walk with people on a 180 degree journey to a new way of life. We train, talk and transform together.

Let’s break the cycle of crime, addiction and mental health by coming together. Healing individuals, mending broken families and making our communities a safer place. Whatever your story is, collectively 180 can bring positive change.

The 180 Project began in 2016 in Lancashire. Over the years there has been a call for them to bring the Community Program to London. This is now happening and over the coming months you will see much more of 180 as they connect and grow the London Community!!
