Title: Building a Balanced & Successful Life

Abstract:
The workshop is centered around creating a balanced successful life. Quite often, the academic training ends by training the students to crack the interviews leaving them unprepared for the upcoming bigger challenges of building a career in a hectic corporate world.Time and time again, this causes a burn-out in a few years, especially when compounded by the mismatched aptitude and talents of the candidate with the position. This stems from my firsthand experience of education and jobs across many countries.This led to a steep self-learning curve with trials and errors, many which could have been avoided. The intent of the workshop is to share them with the students to better prepare them for these challenges, with emphasis on topics such as finding the right job for personality, various unexplored avenues of career, abiding with company culture and economic climate in various countries.
