Ist es gemäß CTU-Code erlaubt, Stausäcke zwischen Ware und Containerdecke einsetzen?

Stausäcke werden in der Ladungssicherung verwendet um Lücken zwischen Ware auszufüllen und damit einen Formschluss herzustellen. In der Regel denkt der Verlader dabei lediglich an Staulücken zwischen der Ware.

Aber darf man ein Staupolster auch zwischen Ware und Containerdecke einbringen? Kann diese Lösung als Herausfallschutz dienen? Ist das dann noch CTU-Code konform?
