*What is the 5-4-3-2-1 Technique?*

This evidence-based grounding exercise helps manage anxiety, overwhelm, and stress by engaging your five senses. By noticing what you can see, feel, hear, smell, and taste, you gently redirect your attention away from worried thoughts and back to the present moment.

*When to Use This:*
- During moments of anxiety or panic
- When your mind feels busy or overwhelmed
- If you're struggling with racing thoughts
