Harvey Flood - Houston - sanitary sewer spewing into strorm drain

This is in the Meyerland neighborhood of Houston, recorded Monday August 29, 2017 at 7am. That is about three hours after the flood waters from the hurricane Harvey storm receded.

Shown is sanitary sewer water back flowing through the manhole with such pressure that it's actually lifting up the entire manhole cover. The water is draining directly into the storm drain, which goes into the bayou, and then empties into the Galveston Bay.
