Curl transformation: Curly Highlights edition

Change is necessary and nothing quite screams change like changing the color of our curls. In this video I'll be showing you the safest way to highlight curls (Pintura method). This client previously highlighted her hair with HI-LIFT color (no bleach) and wanted to brighten it up with pops of caramel, so we did it :)
