Douglas DC-3A Douglas Sleeper Transport (DST) in Red Deer AB | WALK AROUND
Built in 1940, this Douglas DC-3A DST (Douglas Sleeper Transport) with the registration CF-VQV is sitting at the Red Deer Airport in Alberta Canada. As you can see in the video, part of the wing, tail and the engines are missing from CF-VQV. Joe McBryan, aka Buffalo Joe owner of Buffalo Airways bought this airframe many years ago so it can be preserved for future generations. It still shows faded titles saying "Mike Hackman - Cliff Armstrong - Your Host" near the right rear end of the fuselage. | Video taken September 21st, 2019 | 🛑Subscribe here ➤http://bit.ly/VMCAviationVideos
