New Real Eatate Law for 2025! Postponement of Foreclosure Trustee Sale Date

When foreclosing on residential property, this law requires an additional 45 days beyond the scheduled date of sale if the trustee receives a listing agreement at least five business days before the scheduled date of sale. There is an additional postponement right based on obtaining and executed purchase agreement as well.
