How to manually open a fuel cap on a Golf 5 in case of an emergency

The driver side door of my Golf 5 is faulty in the way that none of the electronics work. Thus I cannot open my fuel cap.

In this video I open the back of my car up a little and show you how to mechanically open the fuel cap in case of an emergency.
