"Zestimate" was off by over $50,000.
Taken from my listing on N Western Fork, when Zillow's Zestimate was originally below $290,000 on the same day we listed the home for $340,000. I edited two videos I made from when we were a week-and-a-half from closing and a screenshot from the day of closing. Old videos from before I upgraded software, but the point is the same and is sincere.
