50W Cheap Chinese CO2 Laser Cutter from EBAY. Is it worth the money?

Once I decided I was going to purchase a CO2 laser engraver I looked at everything from the Glowforge to the cheap Chinese laser I ended up purchasing from Ebay. One of the things I was worried about was not having good customer support and having to make a lot of adjustments to the machine once it arrived. I ended up purchasing the Orion / Preenex blue and gray laser cutter/engraver.

To my surprise this machine did a pretty good job right out of the crate although I have no idea what I'm doing. I used the lightburn software with my 50w cheap Chinese laser and did two engravings in this video. Overall I would say I'm satisfied with it so far but only time will tell if this was a good investment. We'll have plenty more projects coming in the future!
