Sous Vide OCTOPUS Experiment - AKA Pulpo!

For today's cook I am testing octopus at 3 different temperatures to find out what is the ideal temp to have it sous vide. To go with this amazing octopus I also decided to do a side dish that ended being a perfect mix for it.

HOW-TO COOK OCTOPUS SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 24hrs @ (171°F / 77°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
1 Large Octopus

* Pasta *
1 Box of Pasta
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup of black olives
2 cups of tomatoes
1/2 cup basil
1 cup of feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
