OUCH!! I got elbowed IN THE HEAD catching a baseball at Truist Park

What do you think? Was the other guy too aggressive or was it a total accident? I was annoyed at the time, but I didn't take this personally; everyone wants to catch baseballs and sometimes folks get carried away.

This was just one of MANY baseballs that I caught at this game between the Miami Marlins and Atlanta Braves, but did I catch the one that mattered most? This season the Braves are using special commemorative baseballs during games to celebrate their 150th anniversary, so getting lots of balls during batting practice was cool, but those all had the regular MLB logo. Was I able to snag a gamer?

Other highlights included chatting with one of the Marlins pitchers, seeing Ronald Acuna Jr., getting a special hookup from a member of the ground crew, moving to some of the best seats late in the game, getting on the Jumbtron, and seeing a baseball land in someone's beer. It was a wild day from start to finish. Thanks to Chris Yon for filming, and thanks to Zack Hample for editing. Heh.

This game took place on April 13, 2021, and since I forgot to mention it at the end of the video, the Marlins won, 14-8. Shoutout to Adam Duvall (seen being interviewed at 13:50) who went 4-for-5 with a double, two home runs, and seven RBIs. This was a tru slugfest, and I enjoyed every moment.
