2 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Flatbread😋❤️ (High Protein Keto Bread!)

This 2-ingredient cottage cheese flatbread is the easiest high-protein, keto-friendly bread you'll ever make — no flour, no yeast, no fuss!

All you need is 1 cup cottage cheese + 2 eggs, seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes and you've got a sturdy, delicious flatbread perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or pizza!

🐔 I turned mine into a buffalo chicken sandwich with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch — SO good and completely low carb.

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
Onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning (to taste)
Instructions:

Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth
Stir in seasonings
Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes
Let cool, then slice and use as flatbread!
