MLS Academy GK Technical Warm Up

Technical warm up with Houston Dynamo Academy Goalkeepers.

Idea behind thwart up was to get the mind fully engaged with lots of moving parts and pieces around the exercise.

Trying to engage plenty of cognitive activity through multiple balls, movements and rotations.
