Holzprofi Technik Tipps #5 – Oszillation richtig einstellen

In diesem Video zeigen wir dir, wie du das Holzprofi Band korrekt montierst und die Oszillation an der Maschine richtig einstellst, damit das Band sauber läuft und gleichmäßig verschleißt.

🔧 Schritt für Schritt:

/ Montage des Holzprofi Bands an der Maschine
/ Kontrolle des Bandlaufs im Leerlauf
/ Einstellung der Oszillation über die Einstellschraube
/ Feinjustierung, bis das Band mittig und stabil läuft

✔️ Band läuft ruhig
✔️ Gleichmäßige Bandabnutzung
✔️ Saubere Schnittergebnisse

💡 Tipp:
Eine korrekt eingestellte Oszillation verlängert die Lebensdauer des Bands deutlich und verhindert einseitigen Verschleiß sowie Laufprobleme.
