Wiring up a 14 s BMS to your Nissan leaf batteries

I had a problem with my BMS after I wired it up for a 14 s the instructions was not correct for a 14 s wiring diagram. I finally got it figured out and got it installed correctly and it's working like a charm. The BMS on a Nissan leaf battery bank is holding the cell drift between 2 and 5. On the balancing capabilities I'm going to rape this thing a 8 out of 10.
