40 MINUTES THRESHOLD

Evan ran to effort with the goal of maintaining a heart rate as close to 170 bpm as possible for 40 minutes. She accomplished this by fluctuating between work intervals at 5:59/mi (3:43/km) and rest intervals at 7:14/mi (4:30/km). Evan will continue to build strength with work at moderate intensity until the end of school when workouts will increase in intensity.
