Outer space is for everyone | Duncan Blake | TEDxCanberra

At TEDxCanberra 2020: Imagine, Duncan Blake challenges us to look up at the stars and imagine a future in which everyone, not just governments and corporations, has a say about things like space junk, space mining, weapons in space and settlements on the Moon. Duncan is a space law expert - having spent decades working as a Legal Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, as a scholar with the University of New South Wales in Canberra, a PhD candidate at the University of Adelaide, as a consultant in space law and strategy and as the founder of something called the Woomera Manual project.
