How to make a Hog Ring Pliers And Bungee Cords

I wanted to make some new heavy-duty bungee cords. I didn't want to buy hog ring pliers or buy the cords already made. So I repurposed pliers, got out the Dremel, and ground some notches. I bought some hog rings and bungee material and presto - DIY bungee cords. Very satisfied with the results. I didn't bother to cut the bungee with hot metal. I may do that next time.
