Perth and District Pipe Band in Grade 4A finals at 2024 British Pipe Band Championships in Forres

Perth and District Pipe Band competing in the Grade 4A final at the 2024 British Pipe Band Championships. These were held at Grant Park in Forres on Saturday 8th June 2024. The band, who were led by Pipe Major Alistair Duthie and wearing New Perthshire Muted tartan, were awarded equal 7th for this performance.

The tune set listed for this performance was the march "Hugh Kennedy MA BSc", strathspey "Captain Colin Campbell" and the reel "Willie Cummings Rant".

Hosted by a partnership between YBD Music Ltd and the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association, the Championship involved over 100 bands and nearly 4,000 pipers & drummers from all over the UK.
