Ancient Forest - Prince George, British Columbia

Have you ever seen a giant Redwood Cedar? They are HUGE! Today on Tinagirl Travels, I'm going to take you to one of British Columbia's Temperate Rain Forests. This one is unusual as it's the only inland rainforest in the whole world. Located hundreds of kilometers from the ocean it gets its moisture from the snowpack in the mountains, keeping it lush and green year-round. Visiting the park is free. This park should be on your "Must Visit" list if you're visiting or moving to Prince George.
