The cheapest apartment in Europe, Albania 🇦🇱

Albania, Tirana: I went on the hunt for the cheapest apartment I found in a European capital, in this case, Tirana. This is the less expensive I've found in the city center of the Albanian capital and never I would have expected such a low price in Europe, just 11$ per person!
I've found this apartment on booking.com and the price was so low probably because the minimum wage in Albania is about 210€ per month, therefore less than 250$.
This trip started in Rome, Italy, at FCO Airport, then we took an Alitalia flight to Tirana and from Tirana airport to the city center we took a bus for just 300 Albanian lek (2,50€). Then we walked for about 20 minutes and we got to the nightlife district of Tirana, which is called Blooku, and then I did this apartment tour :)
