The Seven Chakras - Insights - Notebook

In this video I show you The Seven Chakras Ruled Notebook (by Insights) that I picked up at the Half Price Bookstore for $7.99 US. This lined (6 mm/quarter inch) A5 notebook has really nice paper that seems fountain pen friendly upon initial pen tests!!!! The label on the packaging says: 192 archival pages.
The notebook is divided by 7 color coded sections - one for each chakra (energy center) and is headed with an illustrated spread about the chakra.
Since this is a subject I love to study over time - and collect information about corresponding crystals, essential oils and other related info - I plan to make this my Chakra study notebook! It could be used as regular daily journal as well -- the color coding and the 7 "chakra" headings would not bother me if I wanted to use the notebook for regular process journaling or regular long form writing.
I hope this will help someone who may be considering a purchase of this notebook. I could not find any reviews at the time I'm making this video.

Here is a short review of my own personal notebook criteria (not for ink journals just for writing and/or bullet journaling):
1. Cover is pleasing. (looks nice and doesn't have to be in a folio or TN cover)
2. Paper is thick enough to be able to glue stuff into.
3. Reasonable price.
4. Ruled or dot grid not plain paper.
5. Some or all of these bonus features: numbered pages, pocket, holds fountain pen inks, A5 or Pocket/A6 size with hard cover. NOTE: no one item in #5 is a deal breaker they are just nice to have!
