Although unable to attend in person due to an official trip to China, I share my thoughts and support for an exciting new project by the Zagreb Tourist Board (TZGZ): the launch of a brand-new website and mobile app dedicated to Medvednica Mountain – Zagreb’s beloved natural escape.

This digital platform marks a significant step in promoting sustainable tourism and providing visitors and locals with valuable tools for exploring Medvednica’s rich offerings, including:
🗺️ Hiking trails & mountain lodges
🍽️ Local gastronomy
📱 Real-time weather & pollen forecasts
📍 Interactive maps & activity suggestions
🌐 Multilingual access (Croatian & English)

The project was officially presented at a press conference attended by Mayor Tomislav Tomašević and TZGZ Director Martina Bienenfeld, alongside key partners like the Croatian Mountaineering Association, Park Prirode Medvednica, HGSS, and more.

My brief video message is a tribute to the beauty and accessibility of Medvednica – a mystical mountain that truly welcomes the city.
