I went to Wagyumafia in Japan to taste their $230 Kobe Chateaubriand Cutlet Sandwich. $230?!!! The sandwich is composed of a chateaubriand steak of Kobe beef that has been lightly breaded, deep-fried and served between two slices of white bread with truffle salt, gherkin, and rakyo - Japanese pickled onion.
