How to upgrade change thermal pads...Zotac RTX 3080 Trinity....Protect your GPU investment!!

Upgraded the thermal pads of my 2 month old Zotac 3080 Trinity GPU Graphics card
Old Junction Temperature constantly over 102C
New temperature after re-padding 90°C @100Mh/s (194F)

WARNING: Opening, changing the thermal pads and paste WILL most likely void your manufacturer's warranty.
