Not everyone starts out drinking coffee. I hated it for years! It wasn't until I understood WHY I hated coffee that I learnt to appreciate the different ways and forms that coffee comes in.

You can't just jump straight into black coffee and expect to love it. Likewise you can't buy instant coffee and expect it to taste sweet like baristas can whip you up in a cafe. There is a journey of coffee and everyone is somewhere on a timeline of experience and palate.
