~Please subscribe!~ Cooking Series Volume 19 | Here I share one of my favorite side dishes. It is so simple yet delicious. I hope you enjoy! *Recipe typed up down below*

Ingredients:
24 oz frozen or fresh broccoli
1/4 cup whole milk or half & half
1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz crackers or Breadcrumbs (approx. 3/4 cup)
Butter (approx. 2 tbsp.)

Method:
Bring large pot of water to boil add salt to water. Boil broccoli for approx. 8-19 mins until fork tender but not mushy. Drain well. Crush up Ritz (if using Ritz) and add 2 tbsp. butter to skillet. Once melted add the crushed Ritz or breadcrumbs until mixture looks slightly damp but not wet. In same pot you boiled broccoli in add cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cheese until combined and melted. Stir in broccoli and mix well. Put in greased baking dish and top with breadcrumb mixture and some black pepper if desired. Bake uncovered in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
