starch - 60 g (2 oz)
sugar - 150 g (5.3 oz)
butter - 50 g (1.76 oz)
vanilla sugar - 5 g (0.18 oz)
milk - 600 ml (20.3 fl oz)
The cream is divided in two parts
dark chocolate - 150 g (5.3 oz)
white chocolate - 150 g (5.3 oz)
Cool the cream
chocolate - 20 g (0.7 oz)
To cold 1 h
Tray dimension 22 x 30 cm (8.66 x 12 in)
In the oven 180°C (356 °F) for 25 min
