Tifa stuck in Ghoul Purgatory Pt 1

Explanation of what happened. I had cast Lustrous Shield on Tifa before the 2nd form phase which is why I'm mentioning that. Not sure if it caused the glitch or not but it was something else. Played on hard mode.
