Market is the STORY TELLER. You MUST comprehend and use context to understand what it’s TELLING YOU.
Two different types of information that market gives us:
NOISE: Anything that lags price (indicators), repeats the story in different way, your emotions, opinions, feelings, predictions, the media, etc.
OUR EDGE (SIGNALS): Meaningful pieces of the story which gives us an edge over the competition. Ex. Proper time to trade, our buy/sell confirmations, our levels where we want to be active, buyer vs. seller interest, technical, psychological patterns, volume, etc.

Identify your edge and what signals are meaningful to you. Everything else is noise. Only use things that ADD VALUE.
The less noise and the more you focus on what matters, the less confusion, stress, mindful your trading will be come.
Cognitive overload is when your brain analyzes TOO MUCH information which will make you focus on too many pieces of information OR focus on TOO LITTLE of information (think you know it all)
More information is not what's useful. Filtering out what adds value to your trading is what’s KEY.
The only thing that matters Is your edge: actionable pieces of information which has the potential to make you money and give you an edge over your competition.
