Well this is going to be a big ride
So as of 2023 I finally own my first property ^^
I wanted to celebrate a little bit finally after all the stress I went through (mostly private but I went through some hard times...as everyone does i suppose though)
So to celebrate I wanted to make my home even more...homie haha
I decided im going to rip out my closets and give it an....OPEN CONCEPT?!?!?!
This was actually the best thing ive done in a while as it just made the hallway so much more open its insane
Then I had to learn a bit of plastering, mist coating, PVA pre plaster etc, painting with some higher quality paints, interesting stuff
Then I also replaced EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FLOORING in my home, this was such a rewarding job as well because ive had cheap flooring for the past 15 years that had like 4 different designs, scratches, it was just horrible
Now i replaced them all with SPC LVT flooring, 100% waterproof, many layers and i believe they are composite stone or something? Spent quiet a bit on them but its just such an important change

Were going to go through a massive renovation in this series from painting, wallpapering, plastering
Painting outside of the house
Tiling, plumbing, all the crazy wacky stuff like yanking out compost from room guttering? haha
Nah but in all seriousness im gonna do alot here, electric stuff too like replacing wallsockets, switches
Adding and designing some more shelves, complete desks
And perhaps remodelling the whole kitchen too?
Gonna recycle mirrors, fix up wallpapers and redo them completely in other rooms too

Biggest one will be the loft conversion but that will come with time as theres some other priorities were working on at the time being

I hope you enjoy these videos and perhaps you will learn a thing a two from my mistakes and my gains too haha, but perhaps you can teach me as well when i do something thats crap, inefficient, or completely wrong...yes i make a lot of mistakes and ill try to point them out so you dont do what i do haha
