Rolled up on this car sideways in the right lane, no emergency vehicles present. Stopp in the lane to keep the idiots from causing a worse accident. Stayed until emergency showed up and barricaded behind us.

The blue car had passengers (including a kid in the back) that had to be cut out of the vehicle.
