PS2 Slim Laser unit replacement

* PLEASE READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION! *

Replacing dead laser unit for new one. This particular PS2 version is SCPH-90004 (V18).

Replacement laser part names are PVR-802, PVR-802W or KHM-430. Apparently some units have Philips SPU-3170 laser and in this case you have to get the same Philips unit because it is not interchangeable with PVR-802 and KHM-430 laser assemblies.
