In this video, I'll show you a real time, 60 second pizza cook on the Ooni Karu 12 pizza oven. This time, we're using the traditional method of wood to cook our pizza, i also like to use charcoal with my wood to give a good base and constancy to the burn! Enjoy!

FYI - you may notice I left the Karu door off the pizza oven during this cook, however Ooni recommends that you leave the door on. The reason I left the door off was so that you can see the pizza cooking process!
I believe the pizza would have cooked in under 75 seconds had the door been left on!
