Option 1: Requirement for running in your local environment:

1. Have python and jupyter notebook (https://github.com/jupyter/notebook). installed in your local environment.
2. Install tensorflow 2.4 (pip install tensorflow==2.4.1)
3. Install tqdm with command (pip install -q tqdm)

Option 2: Requirement for running on Google CoLab:

1. Internet access
2. Google Account
