Carrots Cake
3 cups grated carrots (+/- 1 pound)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2 cups extra-fine sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup unsalted butter or 1 bar of margarine
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
4 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon powder, sifted
1 tsp ginger powder, sifted
1 tsp baking soda, sifted
1 tsp baking powder, sifting
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 Tbs glycerin

Bizcocho de Zanahorias
3 tazas de zanahorias ralladas (+/- 1 libra)
2 ½ tazas de harina multiuso, cernida
2 tazas azúcar extrafina
1 taza aceite vegetal
½ taza mantequilla sin sal o 1 barra de margarina
¼ taza de nueces picadas
4 huevos
2 cdta canela en polvo, cernida
1 cdta jengibre en polvo, cernida
1 cdta bicarbonato de soda, cernida
1 cdta polvo de hornear, cernido
½ cdta sal
2 cdta extracto de vainilla
½ cdta cremor de tártaro
1 CDA glicerina
