1) Open Microsoft Support Link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/h...
2) Download System Update KB2533623 (I am downloading for windows 7 64-bit,download update according to you operating system version)
3) Click Download
4) Save File
5) Open Download Folder
6) Install Update
7) Click Restart Now

Method 3
1) Right Click on This PC(My Computer) And Select Properties
2) Check your operating system version, In my case it's Windows 10 64-bit
3) Open Your Web Browser
4) Go To Google
5) Search 7-zip
6) Open 7-Zip link
7) Download 7-Zip according to your operating system, I am downloading 64-bit version
8) Install 7-Zip
9) Right click on discord setup file and select 7-Zip
10) Select extract to DiscordSetup
11) Open Local Disk(C:)
12) Move DiscordSetup folder to Local Disk(C:)
13) Open DiscordSetup folder
14) Right click on Discord-0.0.300-full.nupkg and select 7-zip
15) Select extract to Discord-0.0.300-full and open Discord-0.0.300-full
16) Open lib
17) Open net45
18) Open Discord
19) Right Click on Discord And select send to
20) Select Desktop(create shortcut)
21) Open discord
