Update: Gene passed away at home, on 11/13/22, surrounded by family. He Sailed lnto The Mystic 💔

Hi all..
Last month, we received some devastating news.
Gene was diagnosed with metastatic bladder cancer, which quickly spread to his lungs and brain.
He is home with us, and on hospice now.
We are enjoying these precious days that we have left with him, cherishing each memory made..as we tey to make a few more.
I wanted to come here and share a few photos; some old, and as some recent as last week (the video at the end)
Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers, kind words, and the stories of your own loss, or stroke journeys.
Since the first video went viral, but MOST importantly, since Genes stroke, you all have loved on us and prayed for us in numbers that I could have never imagined.🫶🏼
It meant more to us than you could ever know, and we sincerely love each of you.
The next few weeks..or even days are so uncertain..but we are leaning on our faith once more, and trusting in Jesus for a peaceful transition into his next journey.
I will keep you all posted.

I never counted on navigating this life without my best friend..so if you could send one or two up for me (specifically) and a to for Gene, I’d really appreciate it.
