Sonic Mania Debug Cutscene Glitch

This glitch I discovered allows the player to enter debug mode for certain cutscenes in Sonic Mania. Some interesting results happen when placing items. This glitch works on all platforms and is compatible with all versions as of now (latest being 1.03).
To activate it, you must enter debug mode and start up a game. 2 seconds after the screen goes black, tap the debug button and Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles will enter debug mode while in the cutscene.
