This is a very interesting site where one side we have the brand new financial hub within walking distance, then another side we have old abandoned homes left behind 40 years ago. But due to the connectivity to main road like Jalan Tun Razak and the MRT station, the demand of the location is definitely going up. For the potential users of this building, it only means great news;)
For this office building, I felt that it's very practicality oriented where there are added facilities such as auditorium, boardrooms, and product showcase center. Then all floor plates are very spacious and it can be very useful for companies to host all their Business Units within the same floor. However, if building facade is associated to the brand of the company then I think there needs to be a lot of refurbishment works required for the facade.
Personally I think this building applies to own use rather than investment. This would be an opportunity for business owners to get their own building within TRX and Bukit Bintang. But looking at the surrounding, there are a lot of brand new office buildings and commercial space available therefore it wouldn't make much sense in terms of investment.
