North Carolina - The Way BBs Should Be

The NC is one of my favorite battleships in the game. It's very straight forward, if you perform well you are rewarded, if you fuck up you get punished. It is the kind of design I would love to see in all BBs in the game, instead of this current trend of more and more forgiving BBs being introduced. You can find my recommended build at the end.
