Poonch: Live Pakistani Shell Found in Park, Safely Defused

Panic gripped Poonch city on Saturday morning after a live Pakistani shell was found in the Joggers’ Park near Sher-e-Kashmir Bridge. A major tragedy was averted due to the alertness of a local resident who spotted the suspicious object during a morning walk and immediately informed the police.
Police and security personnel rushed to the spot, cordoned off the area and shifted the shell to a safe location. The shell was later successfully defused by the bomb disposal team
