Stillness means being peaceful and silencing the noisy mind. In silence I discover my innate qualities, the qualities that are intrinsic to who I am (Soul). Each of us is an innately powerful, unlimited being, capable of creating unlimited peace. Becoming peaceful means seizing the reins of the out-of-control mind and bringing the runaway thoughts to a halt.
