tag question rules 12

Rule-12:

Sentence এ nobody, none, no one, nothing, never, hardly, scarcely, seldom, few, little etc. এই word গুলো থাকলে, sentence টি negative অর্থ দেয় তাই tag করতে হবে affirmative।

For example:

i. Few persons are suitable for the posts, are they?

ii. He has little hope, has he?

iii. Nobody believes you, do they?

iv. A barking dog seldom bites, does it?

অজানা কথা:

A few / a little কোনো বাক্যে থাকলে সেই বাক্যটি হয়ে যাবে affirmative। তাই tag হবে negative।

For example:

A few persons are suitable for the posts, aren't they?

He has a little hope, hasn't he?
